Performing for Rom Coms! Advanced Teen Screen Acting Workshop
This workshop is suitable for advanced Teen Actors (13-17 years) who are seeking to learn more about performing for genres and who also seek to understand their brand and casting better.
Learn: Key concepts for performing for the Rom Com Genre and the elements required for nailing their character. Also get inside tips regarding the casting process from a producer!
Cost: $250

ABOUT Mia Grunwald…
Mia Grunwald is an actress, and producer whose work spans across both local Australian and international markets; with notable acting credits including the Netflix original film Love is in the Air, and the Stan original series Black Snow. She has also appeared in beloved romance and holiday films including Designing Christmas with You, Romance at the Vineyard, and A Vintage Christmas. In addition to this, Mia is set to make an appearance in the second season of the internationally acclaimed Apple TV series Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, and the highly anticipated second season of the ABC series Bay of Fires.
Together with her on-screen presence, Mia has worked on the producing team for several international film projects collaborating with networks such as; HBO, Netflix, Hallmark, Sony Television and Great American Family.
Mia is also a Voice Over Artist, working regularly on both commercial, corporate and creative projects.
Holding two bachelor’s degrees from the Queensland University of Technology in Business and Creative Industries, Mia’s academic foundations complement her creative pursuits well. She has studied Film and TV across Australia, the USA, and the UK, and is a passionate advocate for training, nurturing, and providing opportunities to emerging practitioners. Furthermore, Mia is committed to cultivating meaningful connections and is driven to affect audiences through her projects.
