The Peak Performance Concepts: Entails practicing performance concepts that help you enter a present, connected, and heightened state of living as the character - the peak performance state!
Who: Advanced actors. Class participation is by selection based on your experience. Please email a demo reel and CV to apply.
Concepts taught: The Swirl, Offloading, Transcendental Reality, Stimulation Hunting.
Cost: $320 (4 Monday nights of the month).
Record: 4 scenes.
Time: 6:00pm to 9:30pm.
Location: Matt Ward Vocal Studio, Bundall.

Immersion: Immersion involves deeply exploring the psychological and physical world of the character using preparation tools that help you become SO immersed, you live as the character!
