Class Policy

By signing up to our classes you agree to the following

We do not provide refunds for change of mind. We do not provide reimbursements for missed classes. For class un-enrollment, class attendance must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the class/course starting or half of the class fee will be charged.
We do not offer make up classes if you miss a class. Classes are coordinated based on bookings and therefore, we cannot offer make up classes.
If you would like to request a payment plan, please email the class teacher.
Our teachers are working actors. Thus, some classes may have a substitute teacher.
In the event of a COVID-19 lockdown, classes will move online. If you miss a class due to having COVID-19 or a required isolation period, please contact your teacher for the class you have signed up for.
